Minimum Amounts
- Giraffe Capital Opportunities Fund: $Cdn 150,000
- Giraffe Capital LP (II): $US 250,000
We are accepting funds monthly.
Fees
- 1.5% of assets, + 20% of the gain paid quarterly
- Subject to the clients receiving at least 2.5% per quarter on the investment.
Redemptions
- Every three months
- Initial lockup: three months
